3.2 Refunds for cancelled orders before dispatch

If you request cancellation before dispatch and we accept the cancellation, we will refund the actual amount paid using the original payment method.

3.7 Display Swords & Axes shipping refunds

Display Swords & Axes may carry higher shipping charges because of their size, weight and packaging requirements.

Shipping charges for Display Swords & Axes are not refunded for change-of-mind returns except where required by law.

If a Display Sword or Axe is returned due to confirmed fault, confirmed damage in transit or confirmed incorrect item, we will handle the remedy according to your statutory rights and the circumstances of the case.

3.8 Refund timing

Once we receive the returned goods, or once you provide valid proof that you have returned them, we will process any eligible refund within the timeframe required by law.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

3.11 Customer-damaged items

We do not provide refunds for items that have been:
